Abstract
本研究進行臺灣東北沿岸海域寡毛亞綱纖毛蟲群集種類組成之研究。依據18S rDNA 序列做為種 類多樣性之依據,希望了解副熱帶海域寡毛亞綱纖毛蟲群集結構在時間與空間上之變化。在序列相 似度達99%以上做為一個OTU 之條件下,取得舞毛目及寡毛目纖毛蟲種類的數量及各個種類的生物 量。另一方面利用親緣演化關係樹了解各類群之間的關係,包括1)是否舞毛目纖毛蟲主要以丁丁蟲 亞目為大宗;2)寡毛目纖毛蟲是否出現未知群集;3)寡毛亞綱纖毛蟲優勢種於B、D 測站是否有差異 存在。同時藉由統計方法,包括1)Sorensen 分析族群組成相似度,了解測站B、D 兩測站間種類組成 是否存在著明顯差異;2)主座標分析(PCoA)所顯示的同月份兩測站種類組成相似度如何、不同月份 間種類組成差異是否較大。並藉由所得數據推測寡毛亞綱纖毛蟲在相似環境(同一水團)或很小的空間 尺度(距離)下,其種類組成的情況與變化。本研究預期造成此現象主要在於纖毛蟲對(生物與非生物) 環境變化反應非常敏感,因此儘管在小的空間尺度下族群組成變化亦非常大。"The oligotrich ciliate assemblages in the coastal waters of the northeastern Taiwan are going to be studied by the means of 18S rDNA sequence analysis, to understand the temporal and spatial variations of the oligotrich ciliate assemblages at Station B and D. Under the 99% sequence similarity criterion for Oligotrich ciliate OTUs, we collect OTUS in the Order Choreotrichida and in the Order Oligotrichida. We are going to study on the relationships between each assemblages according to the phylogenetic trees, i.e. 1) whether Tintinnina ciliates are the most abundant group in Choreotrichida; 2) are there any unknown clusters of Oligotrichida ciliates; 3) the relationships of dominant species in the oligotrich ciliates at Stations B and D. We are also going to study 1) the value of Sorensen analysis, for understanding whether a significant difference in the oligotrich ciliate assemblages between Stations B and D, 2) the analysis of PCoA, for the similarity of the two Stations according to the same and/or different time. Furthermore, we are going to identify the diversity of the oligotrich ciliate assemblages in the similar environment (e.g., in the same water mass) as well as within small distance. We anticipate that the oligotrich ciliates are sensitive to the variations of biotic and abiotic environments, so their assemblages vary even within a small scale of distance."
