Description

Abstract
燃煤飛灰作為卜作嵐材料取代卜特蘭水泥作為混凝土之膠結材料已行之有年,近年來,由於臺灣發電結構轉型往綠能發展,部分燃煤機組停止運轉,導致市場的飛灰產量大幅下降,間接造成水淬高爐石粉用量提升,必須進口水淬高爐礦碴研磨,事實上,燃煤發電的產物有二,除了燃煤飛灰外,還有燃煤底灰,其產量約為燃煤飛灰的1/4,其化學性質與飛灰相似,但顆粒較大,因此無法產生卜作嵐反應,目前的再利用方式僅作為CLSM之填充材料與水泥生料,並無較高附加價值的再利用途徑,相較於燃煤飛灰再利用途徑相當多元,包括各式預鑄混凝土製品、土壤水泥、甚至用來處理其他種類的廢棄物。因此,本研究將無法再利用之燃煤底灰磨細,並比較與燃煤飛灰的差異,實際應用於高飛灰掺量混凝土中,在原料性質比較上包含活性指數、細度、化學成分分析與電子顯微鏡,而高飛灰掺量普通混凝土與高飛灰掺量自充填混凝土的試驗則包含新拌、硬固與耐久性三個面向。研究成果將回饋給企業,除降低混凝土生產成本外,更皆具循環經濟之潛能。 Coal fly ash has been used as pozzolanic material to substitute Portland cement as cementitious material for several years. In recent years, some coal-fired units have been shut down due to the power energy policies of Taiwan transforming to green energy, causing the production of fly ash drop down, and the indirect impact is using more ground granulated blast furnace slag which should be imported and milled before using. In fact, there are two products of coal-fired power generation, one is coal fly ash and the other is coal bottom ash. The amount of coal bottom ash is about a quarter to coal fly ash and it has similar chemical properties to fly ash, but its particle is bigger which is the reason why it's unable to make a pozzolanic reaction. Compared to the various reusing paths of fly ash (including kinds of precast concrete products, soil cement and even being used to deal with other kinds of waste), the recycle methods of coal bottom ash is now only used as cement raw materials or filled in CLSM, which isn't a high value-added reusing way. Therefore, this study will first grind those unreusable coal bottom ash and compare the properties to coal fly ash such as activity index, fineness, chemical composition, and electron microscope analyzation. In order to add in high volume fly ash concrete while tests on HVFA-OPC and HVFA-SCC include fresh, hardened, and durability these three faces. The results of the study will be given back to enterprises, not only to lower the cost of concrete producing also to be more potential in the circular economy.
