"隨著國內外機場民營化趨勢與航空公司專屬機門的運作方式，預期未來機門指派作業將由機場管理者改變為以航空公司進行規劃。然而過去研究多以機場當局為立場構建機門指派模式，勢難以反映航空公司實際營運之需求。另外，由於桃園國際機場為一多航廈機場，針對使用多航廈機門營運的航空公司，其多航廈機門聯合指派方式亦為航空公司相當重要的課題，然而此機門聯合指派問題在目前鮮少有研究進行探討。有鑑於此，本研究放眼未來機門指派作業的改變，擬以航空公司為立場，並加入多航廈機門聯合指派方式，構建一機門指派模式，期望幫助航空公司能迅速因應與調整指派作業的改變，有效率地進行機門指派。 本研究擬以數學規劃方法，運用網路流動技巧，構建一機門指派模式。由於考量航空公司實務上可能為多目標營運的需求，此模式預期為一多目標指派模式，因此本研究擬利用多目標理論並配合實際機門指派問題特性，發展一適合且有效率的求解方法來求解問題。另外，為了解本研究模式及求解方法之績效，本研究擬以國內某一航空公司於桃園國際機場資料為例進行分析。最後，根據研究的結果，提出結論與建議""Following the trend towards airport privatization and the course of airline-specific gates, it is expected that airlines will eventually replace airport authorities to perform gate assignments. However, past studies on gate assignments have been based on the airport perspective to develop gate assignment models which are difficult to reflect airlines’ requirements in actual operations. In addition, because Taiwan Taoyuan Airport is an airport with multi-terminals, the gate joint assignment operations will be an important topic for the airline that uses gates in multi-terminals. The gate joint assignment problem has been discussed by few in past research. Therefore, this research takes a broad view to the change in gate assignment operations in the future. This study will develop a gate assignment model considering the airline’s perspective and gate joint assignment operations. The model is expected to help to airlines quickly response and adjust to the change in gate assignments to effectively perform their gate assignments. This study will uses mathematical programming method, coupled with network flow techniques, to construct the gate assignment model. Due to the fact that the airline will have multi-objectives in actual operations, the model is expected to be a multi-objective model. This study will use the multi-objective theory, coupled with the characteristic of gate assignment operations, to develop a suitable and effective solution method to solve the problem. In addition, we will perform case studies in reference to a Taiwan airline’s operations in Taiwan Taoyuan Airport to understand the performance of the model and the solution method. Finally, conclusions and suggestions will be given."
