Description

Abstract
本計畫研究提出船用引擎廢氣熱電發電機之機構改進,研製一套穩固自調式熱電發電機,其中必須在引擎前端有限空間下能以輕便且快速安裝下運作,也可在排氣管有適當的熱源段上加裝,在整體的機動性、實用性上都能廣受歡迎。以結構而言,在熱電發電機腔體置入保護機構形成同心圓式的結合,其分別為內心機構與外心機構。內心機構中置有節流閥裝置且閥的作動能以自動控方式調整氣體的進入量,以此方式控制氣體流量便能保護外心機構不因溫度過高而導致晶片損毀。在回收的電力不但能對船用鉛酸蓄電池進行充電外,也能即時供應漁船負載設備所需,在以上的相對匹配之下能減少漁船在燃油費用與溫室氣體的排放下做為完善輔助電力系統。This project is proposed to improve the TEG (Thermo-electric generator) empowered by the exhaust gas of fishery Diesel’s engine. In the new design considerations, the using space for the setup of TEG at narrow engine room and suitable electrical power application for the situation of fishery ship are more forward to deliberations. The constructions of the new type are assembled by the two homocentric cylindrical plates of Aluminum Alloy with generating and cooling system. The cylindrical plate of inner side is used as the guider to prevent the over heat for the chips of TEG combined with automatic regulator. The outside cylindrical plate is designed as the constructions of the chips of TEG and cooling systems to occupy a minimum volume. The usage for the TEG equipments is not only to charge 2x12V(200w) battery but also to supply the electrical power for the daily use of crew needs. In these applications of TEG that can be thought as auxiliary electrical systems, the save of fuel oil for fishery Diesel’s engine and the decreasing of consumption of exhaust gas can be achieved.
