Description

Abstract
"熱電致冷晶片之檢測,如要求更精確之實驗數據,往往都要在真空環境下完成,因此,本計劃 的目標就是設計並製造出在真空條件下,可驗證熱電致冷晶片(TEC)之檢測平台。該檢驗平台可提供 業界(SGS-台灣檢驗科技公司)對該項科技技術產品之品管驗證作業。除此之外,熱電致冷晶片之尺寸 各有不同,檢測平台往往會因為熱電致冷晶片尺寸之不同而得重新設計出不同之檢測平台;這種情況 下,會造成許多檢測成本之浪費;為此本計畫將設計出通用或多樣化型之檢測平台,並配合田口法和 類神經網路之技術;可修正熱電致冷晶片尺寸之誤差,預估並評量各種不同尺寸致冷晶片之品質。本 計畫除提供業界建置驗證標準和實驗平台外,亦可供學界在熱電致冷晶片研究領域,進行進一步之研 究和參考使用。""The test of TEC module is always fulfilled at the condition of vacuum for precision acquisition, and therefore the purpose of this project is proposed to set up the experimental station of the thermoelectric cooling module (TEC) at the situation of vacuum. Furthermore, this station can inspect the qualities of TEC modules at the standard conditions of SGS company. Except above problems, the sizes and kinds of TEC modules are diversified and complicated. Its needs a lot of money to inspect different sizes of TEC modules at different work stations. To solve this problem, this project is deeply considered to design a common use of inspection station with the numerical system of Taguchi technique combined with artificial neural network. In the experimental procedures, the test standards for the qualities of TEC modules are predicted and defined. The achievements obtained from the project will not be only provided to the use of SGS company but also for the applications of academic researchers."
