Description

Abstract
本產學合作計畫案的目標有二:(1)培訓廠商(SGS檢驗公司)人員瞭解並熟悉船舶壓艙水水質採樣、檢驗之方法和程序(2)建置壓艙水檢驗之研究基本設備,並研究船舶壓艙水處裡方法,以因應未來國際海事組織(IMO)對船舶壓艙水更加嚴格管控之所需。因此,本計畫案首要就是先建置壓艙水水質採樣和送檢之程序;同時在樣水檢驗的部分,本計畫擬和SGS公司人員合作,在本系建置壓艙水檢驗之研究基本設備。該檢測之基本設備將以細菌培養檢測方式(Bacterial culture media)為主,並輔以其它方法如:多管發酵法(Multiple fermentation method)、螢光酵素檢測法(Fluorescent enzyme method)。本產學合作計畫除可供業者熟悉壓艙水樣水取樣、檢驗之方法和程序外,本計畫案樣水檢驗之結果,可供廠商和學術界參考使用。This project has two purposes: (1) Cultivates the personnel of SGS to understand or to be familiar with the steps of test procedures of ship’s ballast water such as the sampling and the inspecting. (2) Set up the experimental equipments for the requirements of IMO on the inspection of ship’s ballast water. In order to reach these goals, the analytical procedure and the methods for sampling to inspection of ship’s ballast water are first validated and then, the equipments for the seawater inspecting are setup. In these apparatuses, the bacterial culture media will be adopted for the inspection of sampling that included multiple fermentation method and Fluorescent enzyme method are also used for comparisons. The achievements obtained from the project will not only provide to the use of SGS company but also for the applications of academic research.
