Description

Abstract
本計晝提出一種快速製造傘形齒輪的製程。過去傳統鍛造傘齒輪技術需要多道次才能完成,不符合現 今製造技術;本研究方法將結合剪切與鍛造兩種製程技術,進行兩道次工法即可完成。第一道次:以 溝道式精密下料技術預製齒輪外形,第二道次:將預製齒輪外形利用沖頭強壓進入傘形齒輪模穴中以 達完成。實驗製程參數設計包含模具間隙、下模圓角、壓料板壓力和沖頭行程,再配合田口品質工程 法望目特性求取成品輪廓精度之最佳化組合。本計晝成果除了提供齒輪製造業上新的加工技術做為參 考,亦可供學界在成形領域拓展新的研究方向。The project proposes a rapid manufacturing bevel gear manufacturing process. In the past, the traditional forging bevel gear technology requires multi-stages to complete, does not conform to the current manufacturing technology; Study on method to combined shear and forging process technology and two pass method can be completed. First step: The shape of the gear with the channel type precision blanking technology, the second step: The use of prefabricated gear shape cavity pressure punch into the bevel gear to achieve complete. Experimental process parameters design consists of a die structure, die clearance, blanking speed, in conjunction with Taguchi quality engineering method at characteristics to obtain the optimal combination of accuracy of the finished contour. The plan results will provide gear manufacturing and new processing technology for reference. It can also be used in the academic circles of forming field to expand the new research direction.
