探討白棘三列海膽繁殖過程從八腕期幼苗以至著苗後期的各項瓶頸條件以增進其活存率;藉以突破海膽種苗繁殖瓶頸變態著苗達到種苗生產之穩定性及可預期量產之目的。 This study is planned to improve the survival rates on those reproduction bottle necks from the eight arm pluteus through post larval settlement in order to create a reproducilbe method with stable amount of seed production on the white sea uchin Tripneustes gratilla for the industry in the near future.
