將具有致病力菌株進行細胞外毒素攻擊試驗,其細胞外產物毒素因子特性測定,進一步初步分離毒素因子,測定毒力因子對海鱺之LD<sub>50</sub>以了解何種毒力因子較為主要致病原.並進一步了解目前所分離之致病菌株中,以何種菌株為主致病原,那些菌株為次致病原;並與本研究室以往分離之菌株比對病原性,作為日後開發海鱺疫苗之重要參考. The lethal toxicities of extracellular products (ECP) from virulent strains will be tested. After characterization of the ECP, possible identified and tested, respectively, and the important toxic factor will be thus realized. In addition, dominant and sub-dominant pathogens will be identified and compared with other pathogenic strains of our lab. These virulent strains of bacteria will be useful for further vaccine development for the cobia.
