Description

Abstract
本計畫蒐集國外有關水產配合飼料中藥物及其代謝物限量檢出之相關法規,及研擬防範水產飼料原料受動物用藥物污染之方法,由於各國對在食品中動物用藥殘留量的檢測下限值不斷的降低,因此為了因應國內及水產品輸入國間對於偵測感度需求,本計畫採用偵測靈敏度極高之高效液相串聯質譜儀(LC/MS/MS)進行檢測,了解飼料中含有不同劑量富來頓時養殖生產物體內有害重金屬之飼料及富來頓、其代謝物(AOZ)在石斑魚、鰻魚體內蓄積及代謝情形,藉此訂定水產配合飼料中藥物及其代謝物限量檢出標準,降低因水產配合飼料中藥物殘留(富來頓)危害養殖水產品安全的風險;探討歐盟對飼料中有害重金屬之規範是否危害養殖水產品之安全,蒐集國外有關水產配合飼料中重金屬限量檢出之相關法規,訂定本國水產配合飼料重金屬限量標準之建議。 To set methods that the feeds was not polluted by medicine and heavy metals .Collect the regulations of Minimum Required Performance Limit about the Banned Drugs in the feeds. When the feeds was polluted by Furazolidone ,Furazolidone-metabolite(AOZ) or heavy metals (Pb、Cd 、Hg、 As),We must to understand the residual of Furazolidone , Furazolidone-metabolite (AOZ) or heavy metals (Pb、Cd 、Hg、 As) in the groups and eels .Then, to stipulate Minimum Required Performance Limit about the Furazolidone ,Furazolidone-metabolite(AOZ) or heavy metals (Pb、Cd 、Hg、 As) in the feeds . Reduce the risk of sea foods polluted by Furazolidone and promote the quality of sea foods safty.
