本計畫擬針對鱸鰻養殖過程常見的細菌病原製備疫苗進行接種，同時藉由被動免疫IgY投餵來強化鰻線免疫力。另外，針對養殖期間環境的水質與微生物相，開發適合控制鱸鰻水底質之益生菌，以提升鰻線活存率，降低養殖成本，俾能提升鱸鰻養殖生產技術，提高漁民收益。 The project intends to prepare bacterial vaccines for prevention bacterial disease in swamp eel together with the use of IgY from hen preimmunized with the same bacterins. Furthermore, the water quality and microbial flora in aquaculture systems will be investigated. Thedevelopment of suitable probiotics for culture system will also be studied to increase survival rate, reduce cost, promote aquaculture technologies and benefic farmers for raising swamp eels.
