Abstract
本年度目標:高蛋白低價格石斑魚飼料之研究.91年試驗結果顯示,非必須胺基酸取代魚粉蛋白會降低石斑魚的增重及飼料轉換效率,若以低品質的小麥蛋白及玉米蛋白取代白魚粉蛋白30%仍可維持相近的增重及飼料轉換效率,此顯示石斑的高蛋白需求的部分蛋白可以低價的植物性蛋白取代,而飼料中38%魚粉蛋白可供成長所需,多餘的蛋白可能為提供能量所用.找出配製石斑魚飼料中優質魚粉蛋白的最低添加量,而後藉由調整廉價的植物性蛋白、必須胺基酸、脂質及碳水化合物的添加量,配製出低成本且成長最佳的飼料,預計原料成本可降低15%. The results of 2002's study indicated that the weight gain and feed efficiency of grouper fed diets with non essential amino acids replacing fish meal protein were decreased, however, those of grouper fed diets with low quality protein of wheat gluten or corn gluten replacing 30% fish meal protein were maintained at acceptable range. It is suggested that partial protein in the high protein requirement of grouper can be replaced by low price protein from plants. The study also indicate that 38% fish meal protein can provide enough amount for growth, the other amount (in the previous study it means 7% protein source) were used as energy source. The purpose of the study is designed to determine the optimal level of high quality protein of fish meal for the growth of grouper. Then adjusting the amount of plant proteins, essential amino acids, lipids and carbohydrates to formulae a low price and high efficiency feed. It is predicted that the results can provide information for feed industry to low 15% capital of ingredients.
