Description

Abstract
    石斑為肉食性魚類,對脂肪及碳水化合物利用率不佳,目前商用石斑飼料中魚粉添加量高過47%,與其他魚種飼料相較成本偏高。目前世界魚粉缺乏,價格高漲,降低石斑飼料中魚粉用量為發展石斑魚養殖必須解決的問題。本研究乃欲找出適當動植物原料混合物及功能性添加物,共同解決以往取代魚粉造成成長及換肉係數表現不佳的問題,並提高石斑魚的抗病能力。     Grouper, carnivorous fish, is a species of poor utilization on carbohydrate and fat. The supplementation level of fish meal is higher than 47% in commercial grouper feed. As compared with the other fish feed, the feed cost is higher. Due to the shortage of fish meal in the world, the price of fish meal has increased dramatically. To increase production of grouper in Taiwan in future, it is necessary to reduce the level of fish meal in grouper feed to decrease the feed cost. The study is designed to find the proper ratio of animal and plant ingredient mixture and functional feed additives to solve the problems of poor disease resistance,poor growth performance and feed conversion ratio caused by replacing fish meal by other protein sources.
