Description

Abstract
本研究計畫之目的在應用固態反應製程合 成鉭基非晶質合金粉末,固態反應製程是利用 一高能量球磨機對純金屬混合粉末進行機械合 金處理,機械合金過程之進展將以X-ray□SEM監測 之,而機械合金粉末之相變化特性則以DSC□TEM 分析,形成之非晶質合金粉末的熱安定性可藉 DSC/DTA探討之,跟據DSC/TDA結果,將非晶質合金粉 末進行高真空熱處理,以X-ray偵測粉末之結晶產 物以了解其結晶化行為,所得之實驗結果將與文獻記載急冷凝固法製造之非晶質鉭基合金相 比照,以了解此二種製程之非晶質合金的差異 性.
