一、本年度目標:
(1)蒐集使用柴油引擎推進與採用電力推動系統的漁船相關資料，分析兩種所使用燃料消耗量及污染量的差別。
(2)依照各式遠洋作業漁船，做出是否適用電力推進系統之分析評估報告。
(3)依照不同遠洋作業漁船資料，評估整套電力推進系統改裝或新裝在漁船上，是否符合經濟性及實用性。
(4)分析判斷何種推進馬達(高速、低速及齒輪馬達)符合套用實船現況之經濟性及實用性。本計畫有關漁船替代動力能源的研究，係採用電力推進系統取代傳統式柴油引擎推進系統，以達到降低柴油燃燒污染之目地，進而減少經營業者之長期投資經營成本及增加漁船空間的使用量。
二、本計畫之預期效益分述如下：
(1)蒐集使用柴油引擎推進與採用電力推動系統的漁船相關資料，分析兩種所使用燃料消耗量及污染量的差別。
(2)針對各式電力推進系統，選擇較符合經濟成本之電力推進系統。
(3)依照不同各式之遠洋作業漁船，做出是否適用電力推進系統之分析評估報告。
(4)收集不同遠洋作業漁船資料，依實船現況，加以分析實船改裝成電力推進系統時，評估那一噸位級的遠洋作業船隻較符合經濟性及實用性。
According to pelagic fishing boats, the purpose of the present study is to use the electric propulsion system to replace the conventional diesel oil engine propulsion system. It is anticipated that the pollution of diesel oil combustion can be reduced and the extra space of the fishing boats can be increased. Moreover, the application of electric propulsion system can reduce the possibility of personal omission as well as increase the security of navigation of fishing boats.
