"近年來，由於極端氣候變成常態、國際環保意識高漲，以及綠色消費觀念的興起，使得環境管理或綠色管理的的議題受到各國的高度重視，環境管理已經變成企業、政府、與消費者三方面共同關心的議題。而定期貨櫃船公司(如陽明或長榮海運)，主要提供託運人運送服務，會將貨櫃船行駛到世界各地，需面對不同的法律與國際公約等，相較於國內的產業，環境管理的議題就顯得更加重要。本研究將採用問卷調查的方式來蒐集資料，以結構方程式為主要驗證模式的分析技術，並以台灣的定期船公司為對象。本研究利用自然資源基礎的理論，針對定期海運公司在綠色智慧資本、綠色動態能力、環境績效及企業績效彼此間的關係來研究，雖然已有研究針對定期海運公司智慧資本與績效的關聯性或針對定期海運公司的綠色海運管理能力與績效的關係來研究，但就申請人的知識，並沒有任何定期海運公司的文獻，來從事綠色智慧資本及綠色動態能力的研究，更不用說，將此四個變數整合成一個模式來討論。本研究擬從理論的空缺出發，提出綠色智慧資本、綠色動態能力、環境績效及企業績效等四個變數的關聯性模式，來了解定期船公司若有優質的綠色智慧資本及綠色動態能力，是否能有較好的環境績效及企業績效。"
"This study applies the Nature-resource-based theory to explore the relationship among green resource, green capability and performance. A survey of many liner shipping firms in Taiwan was undertaken in order to examine the relationships among green intellectual capital, green dynamic capability, environmental performance, organizational performance, using exploratory factor analysis and the structural equation modelling technique. The research results may demonstrate that top managers must therefore enforce and improve the green intellectual capital, green dynamic capability, in order to acquire and maintain sustained competitive advantage."
