"從 94 年度至今，我已到47 所中學、4 所大學、9 個資優生研習營、及科技部做物理演示教學。我們也為弱勢小學生舉辦14 場科學營，為弱勢高中生舉辦2 次物理研習營。我們行腳偏鄉，深入部落，前進離島，足跡遍佈台澎金馬。媒體34 次大幅報導我們的活動。我們也製作了70 部物理演示教學影片置於科技部科技大觀園網站，已超過50 萬人次觀賞。經由無遠弗屆的網路，我們讓物理之美進入大眾心中。十年下鄉的經驗讓我們有機會瞭解偏鄉及弱勢孩子的學習困難。我們設計了生動活潑、深入淺出的教材，也與偏鄉學校及社福團體建立了緊密合作的關係。104 學年度，我們將踏出新的一步。除了繼續深入部落，前進離島，我們也將幫助部落的孩子走出大山。我將把教學影片中的教具搬到4 所離島中學舉辦物理探索活動。我也將為博幼基金會、家扶中心、及希望小學關懷的弱勢家庭小學生舉辦3 場科學營，為博幼基金會原住民小學生舉辦1 次2 天1 夜科學館(包括基隆海科館及台北科教館)之旅。本計畫僅編列舉辦活動所需最基本經費444061 元，每一塊錢都用在離島、弱勢、及原住民學生身上。我們要用最少的經費讓離島、弱勢、及原住民孩子用知識將希望帶回家。" "From 2005 till now, I have perform physics demonstrations in 47 high schools, 4 Universities, 9 science clubs for gifted and talented students, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. I also organized 14 science clubs for poor students of elementary school and one summer physics school for poor students of senior high school. In addition, I produced 70 videos and placed them in the websites of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In this project, I will visit 4 high schools in the off-shore islands to perform physics demonstrations. In addition, I will organize 3 science clubs for poor students of elementary school and 1 two-day trip to science museum for aboriginal students of elementary school. With proper support, the project is viable and will help students from poor families learn sciences."
