Description

Abstract
"臺灣地區之河川坡陡流急,降雨後多數水資源在短時間內透過地表逕流而不易貯存,近年來水庫興建困難,加上產業成長供不應求,自1960 年代起即因超抽地下水造成部份地區地下水位下降而引發地層下陷問題。於沿岸地區與內陸地層下陷區域皆因地層持續沈陷而造成國家之重大問題。在國土資源有限之情形下,如何減緩地層下陷並促進國土資源永續利用係國土利用與確保自然環境資源之永續發展之要課題。本研究計畫原規劃為三年分期進行,去年度已執行第一年研究工作,同時已發展一維Terzaghi壓密理論之地層下陷分析模式,為順遂整體計畫之目標,本年度擬針對多層含水層互層系統地層下陷理論與數值分析模式建立及驗證分析,以評估沿岸地區發展受長期地層下陷之影響,並依據沿岸地區地下水與地層下陷特性分析研究成果提出整合之對策。" "Due to the characteristic of the steep terrain in Taiwan, the preservation of the water resource from rainfall through surface runoff is a difficult task. In addition, the construction of a reservoir is often encountered resistance because of environmental issues. The groundwater resource becomes a major water supply in certain areas in Taiwan. Since 1960‘s, the land subsidence in the coastal region is gradually occurred in over-pumping areas. The consequence of the continued land subsidence affected public infrastructure such as drinking water, electricity telecommunication, gas pipeline and sewer system, etc., resulting in the country ‘s major problems. Accordingly, it is necessary to study this land subsidence problem and to promote the sustainable use of land and resources. To resolve the problems mentioned above, a 3-year project is proposed in last year. The first year is currently under execution in which an one-dimensional Terzaghi consolidation model has been developed. The year, we propose a 2-year project. The second year is to establish a land subsidence numerical model for multi-aquifer system based on the Terzaghi theory. In this year, the problem of ill-posed problem raised from the interbeded soil layers will also be studied in details. It is expected that a useful integrated strategy can be carried out based on the results of this project."
