Abstract
"台灣民眾普遍且強烈依賴機車做為交通工具;機車的使用率高,加上騎乘機車的脆弱性,使得 大幅減少道路交通肇事變成一件困難的工作。過去在改善機車騎乘安全方面做了許多努力,然而機 車肇事死亡人數所佔比例仍一直居首位,2015 年的統計數字顯示,機車肇事死亡人數所佔比例達 45.7% (總死亡人數1,548 人,機車占707 人)。 本研究聚焦於強化機車騎士的風險認知前提下,提出機車減量策略。研究工作以兩階段問卷調 查方式進行,並建立運具選擇模式;第一階段針對有車禍經驗的機車騎士來面訪,並應用前景理論 (Prospect theory)找出騎乘機車的風險參數;第二階段針對所有機車騎士來抽樣調查,並應用概略集 合理論(Rough sets theory, RST),將風險參數轉換為條件屬性(Condition attribute);依據調查結果,應 用概略集合理論可以歸納決策規則(Decision rules);最後從決策規則可以研擬機車減量策略。" "Taiwanese people rely heavily on motorcycles for traveling. The high number of motorcycle users, combined with vulnerability of motorcycle riders in traffic, makes significantly reducing road traffic accidents a difficult task. Strategies to improve the traffic safety of motorcyclists have been implemented regularly. However, motorcyclist fatalities still maintain the largest proportion of traffic accidents; in 2015, motorcyclist fatalities comprised 45.7 % (707) of the total fatalities (1,548) caused by traffic accidents. This study focuses on initiating motorcycle reduction strategies based on reinforcing motorcyclists’ risk cognition. Two stages survey are arranged to build modal choice model. At the first stage survey, the motorcyclists who have experienced traffic accident are interviewed to summarize risk parameters using prospect theory. The results are transformed into condition attributes of the rough sets theory (RST) application at the second stage survey. The sampling based on all motorcyclists are conducted to build decision table. Subsequently, decision rules are induced using RST. Finally, motorcycle reduction strategies could be initiated based on decision rules."
