Abstract
計畫目標:Somatolactin與POMC可能與一些魚類環境緊迫及適應有密切關係,亦可能與能量轉換及離子平衡有關,因此POMC與somatolactin應是魚類在環境緊迫適應的重要激素。海水魚是我國重要養殖魚種,為了瞭解POMC與somatolactin基因表現與重要海水養殖魚類環境緊迫適應之關係及研究,本研究長期目標擬選擇黑鯛與石斑魚為研究材料,並探討增強海水魚對環境之適應能力。架構:本年度將著重於石斑魚和黑鯛經環境緊迫與適應後,POMC與somatolactin基因及蛋白質表現。預期效益:由本研究預期對於海水魚POMC與somatolactin基因表現與環境緊迫適應之關係。 Somatolactin is considered as a glycoprotein on protein in which has an important function in the environmental stress adaptation, reproduction, energy balance, background adaptation, and ionic balance. The exact function in animals was still not clear. POMC is a gene coding with ACTH and is related stress physiology. ACTH is the pituitary hormone to regulate cortisol biosynthesis and secretion. The main objectives were to investigate the nelationship of POMC and somatolactin gene during environmental stress in grouper and black porgy. The possible enhancement of the capability on the environmental adaptation in marine fish will be also studied.
