Description

Abstract
"港灣混凝土構造物長期曝露在海洋環境中,會受到氯離子及硫酸鹽等有害因子的化學侵蝕加以海浪的冲蝕作用,因此混凝土經常發生開裂、剝落及崩落等劣化現象並使埋設之鋼筋快速腐蝕,從而降低構造物的服務品質與使用壽命。所以針對港灣鋼筋混凝土構造物劣化的原因及程度,採用適當的修補策略或補強材料與工法,延長構造物服務年限或提高其服務品質,實為港灣工程刻不容緩的重要研發課題之一。相較於普通混凝土構造物,港灣鋼筋混凝土構造物的修復或補強,特別需要考慮結構物暴露環境的惡劣性與修補材料的適用性與耐久性。 本年度 計畫內容主要擬完成以下工作: (1) 實際操作並掌握裂縫注入修補材料之注入性試驗、修補立面與垂直面之修補砂漿的抗垂流性試驗以及滲透型撥水劑之相關試驗技術;(2)持續觀測長期曝曬試體;(3)選定破損梁進行現地修補,以觀測施作不同保護塗層之影響;(4)透過持續納入各國規範之優點、專家會議等完善修補手冊。" "When the harbor concrete structures are exposed in the marine environment, they will suffer from the chemical attack by chloride ions and sulfate as well as the erosion due to the wave. Therefore, concrete may crack, spall and disintegration and these deteriorations induce fast corrosion of rebar embedded inside the concrete. Consequently, the service capability and service life of the structures will be reduced. Therefore, to adopt appropriate repairing strategy or repairing materials and repairing methods according to the cause and degree of deterioration is an important issue for coast and harbor engineering. In comparison with the conventional repair and strengthening for common concrete structures, the repair and strengthening of the concrete structures in marine and harbor environment should consider the severe environment and the appropriateness and durability of repairing materials. In this year, the following works will be completed: (1) performing and realizing the injection ability test for crack injection material, the non-sag property test for repair materials used for vertical surface or overhead surface and the related tests for hydrophobic impregnation materials; (2) monitoring the long-term exposure specimens made in the first year project; (3) selecting three deteriorated beams and repairing them by adopting different surface coating protection systems such that after completion we can monitor the ability of resisting corrosion for these different surface coating protection systems; (4) modifying the repair manual by collecting and extracting merits in worldwide standards and holding meeting to include suggestions from specialists."
