Description

Abstract
"長久以來電阻試驗是很常被用來量測混凝土性質方法之一,其優點為非破壞 性試驗,且也可快速得知實驗數據並容易操作,對於現場量測很有幫助。本計畫 係著重於此試驗法之中,其影響因子作深入之探討,如試體形狀及尺寸對電阻值 之影響,變化電阻試驗儀之電極間距,瞭解修正常數與尺寸比例之關聯性,及應 避免之影響因素;與若混凝土試體之不同含水量,對於量測其電阻係數之影響。 本計畫研究範疇如下: 1. 將不同水灰比之圓柱試體,改變電極間距與試體尺寸之比例,探討電阻值是 否需要一修正常數,修正其電阻係數。 2. 探討圓柱試體在不同含水量及環境濕度不同之下,對其電阻值造成之影響。 3. 探討量測矩形試體電阻係數應避免之影響因素,及電極間距改變與有無鋼筋 之干擾對電阻值所造成之影響。 4. 瞭解 GPM測量儀與四極式電阻儀,所量測出之電阻值有何差異性 " "Wenner’s four-probe electric resistivity measurement is used as a nondestructive method to monitor concrete’s durability. This method is easy to operate and can obtain the measurement very quickly therefore it is applicable to be used for in situ monitoring. In this study, we study the factors which will influence the measurement values. They include: shape of the specimen, size of the specimen, water content and cover thickness. By varying the distance between electrodes, the modification factors for the specimen shape and specimen size will be found. In addition, we will study the influence of water content on the resistivity measurements. The scope of this research project includes: 1. Using the cylindrical specimens to evaluate whether or not the resistivity will be a constant while the distance of the electrodes changes and the specimen size changes. If the resistivity does change, how to modify the measure value by multiplying it by a modification factor. 2. To study the influence of the water content inside the concrete and the environment humidity on the resistivity by using cylindrical specimens. 3. To investigate how to obtain a meaningful measurement of a rectangular shape specimen containing rebar and whether or not the change in the distance between the electrodes will affect the measurements. In addition, how the rebar will affect the measurements will be studied. 4. To compare resistivity values measured by the GPM (galvanic pulse measurement) and the four-probe resistivity and find the relation between them. "
