人類在追求"環境權"過程中，漁船用柴油引擎之廢棄排放，已受到普遍關注。為使本國漁船之柴油廢氣排放符合世界環保法規，本計畫擬利用廢氣再循環(EGR)原理，開發一套新型廢氣減量裝置，其由冷卻器、過濾器與節流閥所構造，以期降低漁船柴油引擎之NOx排放量，達到符合最新國際公約對船舶防止空氣污染之規定。 In the process of searching “environmental right”, the exhaust gas emissions from the diesel engine in fishery boats are concerned popularly. In order to make sure the fishery boats meeting the environmental protection (EP) regulations, this proposal is to utilize the principle of to meet the international EP standards.
