Description

Abstract
依據95年度收集完成之現有柴油引擎廢氣排放減量的相關技術及EGR系統之細部設計,本年度首先利用電腦分析軟體模擬EGR系統管路內氣體的流動情形,找出最佳之設計參數,進而對上年度所設計之EGR零件及系統做必要之修飾,再予以製作或購置所需之零件,並整合組裝為本計畫之EGR廢氣再循環系統,最後進行11150cc柴油引擎之實機測試。為評估該開發之EGR系統在市場的接受度,本計畫亦對漁船用不同排氣量之柴油引擎改裝所需的費用做一完整之成本分析。 Following the emission reduction techonology related to EGR used in diesel engines and the detailed design completed in 2006, the first tast in 2007 is to apply the computer simulation to study the gas flow behavior inside the EGR system. Next, the optimum design parameters will be addressed and made any necessitated modification on the parts or system. Then, the parts and sub-system will be either fabricated in site or bougtht from outside. Finaly, a complete EGR system developed under this project is assembled and installed in a diesel engine with the displacement 11150cc to make the emission test. In ordr to understand the market acceptability of this system, a complete cost analysis for a series of diesel engines with different displacement used in fishery boats will be proposed in the final report.
