壓鑄技術產學服務聯盟(簡稱本聯盟)之運作係以國立臺灣海洋大學(簡稱本校)研究團隊現有之成孰技術為主，聘請國內壓鑄廠的退休專家提供非本校專長之技術，並由研究人員蒐集國內外發表之新技術，整合為壓鑄廠工程師易於接受的技術模組，藉著定期的技術研討會進行同步性的技術擴散，或者由至廠家執行個別的輔導模式，落實技術服務與轉移給會員廠商及有興趣加入之廠商為對象，達到壓鑄人才訓練與培育的目標。透過上敘之理念，本聯盟秉持’’抵家’’服務的精神(英文名稱縮寫 DITSA)，以定期的專家諮詢與訪廠現地，實際在會員廠商之生產線與研發處，針對其之問題進行研討提供合適解決方案，甚或藉與本團隊之技術人員，以合作案形式協助技術支援或是產品研發，以此使會員廠商在產線的提升或是產品的品質提升，進而增加產值。隨著工業 4.0 的時代趨勢，臺灣傳統的壓鑄產業面臨許多轉變，本聯盟之專家透過引進國外先進壓鑄技術，提供輔導產業轉型所需的技術，協助國內業者跟上國際脈動，除減少國際訂單流失外，更積極拓展新的業務，進而牽動起整個就職生態，以達到增加訂單、員工、設廠等目標，提升臺灣壓鑄產業的競爭力，促進臺灣經濟發展。 The operation of the Die-casting Industry Technology Service Alliance (DITSA) is based on the current technology of our existing research team in the National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), the other skills provided from the domestic retired experts of die-casting hired as consultants for DITSA, and new skills have been published in domestic or abroad collected by researchers of DITSA. To achieve the goal of training die-casting talent, DITSA integrated these research results into a technical module that is easily accepted by the die-casters, then synchronize the spread of technology through the regular technical seminars, or implement the on-site guidance model for individual manufacturers to fulfill technical services and transfer the latest die-casting technology to our members and manufacturers who are interested in joining the member of alliance. Through the concept, DITSA regularly conducts ‘’expert advice ‘’ services and visits the factories for ’’ technical guidance’’ to discuss the problems they have and provide appropriate solutions. Furthermore, in order to improve their goods quality then increase it also the value, DITSA even offers technical support or product development by assistants through industry-university cooperative research projects. With the trending of industry 4.0, the traditional of die-casting in Taiwan faces challenges, the experts of DITSA bring new die-casting skills from abroad and offer our members. If our technical skills are capable of following the steps to global, not only the manufacturers in Taiwan will decrease their loss of international order, but expanding new cooperation and increasing offers. DITSA plays an important role in fostering die-casting professionals and enhancing the competition of the industry, we will still continue to contribute to die-casting industry in the future！
