預計執行國際觀賞魚生產及市場貿易現況調查研究，針對世界各國觀賞魚產業，尤其是多種類之海水繁養殖觀賞魚與轉基因螢光觀賞魚，暸且集相關供應狀況、主要觀賞魚種類供應來源、世界各國觀賞魚進出口組成種類、觀賞水族生物進出口相關法令規範，與本地進口觀賞魚來源與組成種類進行調查。觀賞水族市場之活生物貿易流通對象，廣泛涵蓋淡海水魚類與其他水生物種，除呈現種別與品系之多樣性，且具明顯市場偏好；相關物種採集、生產、包裝與運送為產業發展重點，而供應則須符合資源妥善利用、動物福利、健康檢疫及入侵風險評估，同時藉由建立轉基因觀賞魚之風險分析控管、認驗證制度、標準作業程序與識別標章，提供本地產業發展參考諮詢之背景資料，並可作為規劃產業發展之趨勢預測與風險評估依據。 Investigation and study of the international ornamental fish production and market trade in present situation, especially to the GMOs fluorescent ornamental fish and various captive bred marine ornamental fish. Full of varied freshwater, brackish water, marine fish and other invertebrates and aquatic plants were imported and exported in the ornamental fish market. In addition the aquatic organisms to showing not only the varied species but also the strain diversity. The market of worldwild ornamental fish has obvious preference, and the process of animal caught, production, packaging and transportation were the key points. The supply shall be consistent with proper use of resources, animal welfare, health, quarantine and invasion risk assessment.
