建立我國輸出入觀賞水族生物蓄養、檢疫、貿易供銷與通關作業之研析與改進規範，落實生產醫學概念，並針對主要貿易伙伴與OIE法典之檢疫規範，杜絕特定病原與疾病藉由經濟性水生物貿易流通途徑進行輸送與傳播，同時掌控具高風險物種之貿易流通，因此分別藉由常時監控、建立正確防檢疫觀念、深化產業資訊與相關資料之收集，以充分達成預期目標。 To establish the specification and techniques of the ornamental aquatic animal stocking, quarantine, trade export/import customs clearance and analyzing and improvement to the ornamental fish industry. Implementation of the production of medical concepts, and focus on the OIE Code and quarantine standards of trade countries and customer, respectively. To eliminate the disease by species-specific pathogens and its spread by coomercial aquatic transportation and communication in trade flow channels. And deepen the correct concept of quarantine information and techniques of import/export aquatic animal industry.
