Description

Abstract
本計劃擬針對台灣動力漁船之溫室氣體排放建立估算模式與排放清冊。估算模式一之建立將使用IPCC溫室氣體清冊準則中Tier 1規定之溫室氣體排放因數,以及漁船全年度加油量調查統計結果。

為要準確估算溫室氣體排放量,本計劃擬依據各類別漁船主副機之操作動態與樣本漁船之廢氣量測數據,建立本土化之各項溫室氣體排放因數。並且依據此本土化排放因數,及漁船全年度加油量統計結果,建立溫室氣體排放之估算模式二。

為要查核漁船之用油量數據,本計畫擬由漁船作業動態、主副機操作動態資料,及主副機之BSFC,估算漁船之全年耗油量。並且使用此漁船全年耗油量,與所建立之本土化排放因數,建立溫室氣體排放之估算模式三。可以藉由不同估算模式之統計結果,相互對照查核。 In this project, the estimating models and the greenhouse gases inventory is to be established for the exhaust emissions of powered fishing vessels. A first estimating model will be based on the greenhouse gases emission factors as suggested by the IPCC Inventory Guideline, as well as the statistical data of the annual amount of diesel fuels pumped from gas stations.

In order to obtain more accurate results on the amount of greenhouse emitted, a set of localized emission factors is to be established for different greenhouse gases by fishing vessels, according to the surveyed data on the modes of operation and measured emission data of sample fishing vessels. A second estimating model will be based on the localized greenhouse gases emission factors, as well as the statistical data of the annual amount of diesel fuels pumped from gas stations.

For the sake of examination, the annual amount of diesel fuel actually consumed by fishing vessels is to be estimated by the modes of operation, and the brake specific
consumption of diesel engines. A third estimating model will be based on the localized greenhouse gases emission factors, as well as the estimated annual amount of diesel fuels actually consumed by fishing vessels. Discussions will be made after comparing the results by different estimating models.
