Description

Abstract
魷魚軟骨可以製成顏色純白、純度相當高之b-幾丁質。靈芝渣製成的幾丁質顏色則為淺褐色。b-幾丁質易於去乙醯而成為高去乙醯度的幾丁聚醣。幾丁聚醣溶液加入數種商用酵素反應 24 小時之後,可以製得 25 至 94 %產率的(N-乙醯)葡萄糖胺與(N-乙醯)幾丁寡醣。本研究證實以商用酵素生產幾丁寡醣之可行性。Squid cartilage could be made into pure white b-chitin. Ganoderma processing waste could be made into light tan chitin powders. Highly deacetyalted chitosan could be easily made from b-chitin. After chitosan solution was hydrolyzed for 24 h by one of a few commercial enzymes, the total yield of (Nacetyl) glucosamine and chitooligosaccharides reached as high as 25 to 94 %. This study confirmed the feasibility of making chito-oligosaccharides with several commercial enzymes.
