海洋生物毒(Marine toxins)中,最為人們所週知者為具神經性毒之河魨毒(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)麻痺性貝毒(Paralytic shellfish poison,PSP)。最近由織紋螺類中檢出含有河魨毒外,尚含有一種非河魨毒衍生物之低分子量神經性毒素。本研究乃探討此神經性毒素之成分,並比較季節之毒成分差異,經大量採集織紋螺類後,以甲醇溶液抽出毒素,經由Bio-Gel P-2樹酯層析(2*94cm),以0.03M醋酸溶液溶出。得知織紋螺類中之毒素可區分成二毒區分,將此毒區分溶出液蒐集濃縮後,經薄層分析、電氣泳動、高效能液相層析儀及劑量致死曲線等方法鑑定。得知第一毒區分之成分為河魨毒、脫氫河魨毒,第二毒區分之主要毒成分為麻痺性貝毒Gonyautoxin 3,這些毒成分之季節差異性很小。 Paralytic toxicity was detected in the gastropod mollusk Niotha clathrata collected from Tungkang, Pingtung prefecture on April and November, 1993. Each seasonal toxin was partially purified from toxic specimens of N. clathrata by ultrafiltration using a Diflo YM-2 membrane, followed by chromatography on a Bio-Gel P-2 column. Two toxin fractions were, then, obtained for each seasonal shell toxin. Judging from analyses by TLC, electrophoresis, and HPLC, the fraction I toxin contained tetrodotoxin and its derivative anhydrotetrodotoxin, and the fraction II toxin contained gonyautoxin 3 for each seasonal shell toxin.
