Abstract
為將現階段我環境教育概念綱領實施於海事水產高級職業學校之專業教材中,乃針對最新國立編譯館編彙之專業科目教材中,重新分析有關環境教材之量與質,以評估教育部訂之專業教材中對環保教育之增進效果。分析之基準為根據國科會所訂之環境教育概念綱要為主體,經以段為單位分析海事水產職業學校之六門專業科目十五本教材。得知水產食品化學二冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者5.14%,次相關者為21.6%,合計7.30%;水產微生物學二冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者16.20%,次相關者為15.90%,合計32.10%;水產食品製造學三冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者3.96%,次相關者為2.76%,合計6.72%。均較1991年所分析之水產食品化學、水產微生物學、水產食品製造學的6.75%,3.02%和2.50%均高出甚多,特別是水產微生物學專業教材中,有關環境概念綱要中生物相關者提昇了17.4%。水產概論二冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者17.10%,次相關者為8.70%,合計25.80%,此與1991年者之9.28%亦高出16.52%,可見水產部門之專業教材中,教育部訂之教材對環境概念綱要之融入教材均已大幅增加。另外,海運部門之輔機四冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者1.97%,次相關者為1.33%,合計3.30%,較1991年者之0.11%高很多;其次船舶用內燃機二冊專業教材中,與環境概念綱要具有主相關者2.39%,次相關者為1.11%,合計3.50%,亦較1991年者之0.76%高很多。 To know the recognition of environmental protection for the students of senior vocational marine school, 15 textbooks of 6 special curriculums recently published by our government Department of Education and used in these schools were analyzed. Based on concept of environmental education established by National Science Council, the quantity and quality of textbook content concerning environmental education was calculated by using paragraph as a unit. The results were shown as following: The frequency of textbook content concerning environmental education was 7.30% for Aquatic Food Chemistry, 32.10% for Aquatic Microbiology, 6.72% for Aquatic Food Technology, 25.80% for Introduction of Fishery, 3.30% for Marine Auxiliary Machinery, and 3.50% for Marine Internal Combustion Engine. These frequencies of textbook content concerning environmental education were all higher than those reported in 1991. Among them, it is outstanding that the frequency in Aquatic Microbiology in 1993 was 17.40% higher than that in 1991. From these data, the quantity of textbook content concerning environmental education for students in Faculty of Fishery Science was more than in Faculty of Marine Transportation. Moreover, the general concepts of environmental protection and population of earth in environmental education for the students of senior vocational marine school were too rare to support enough knowledge. Therefore, it should be to improve the environmental education for students in senior vocational marine school in future, special for the students in Faculty of Marine Transportation.
