Description

Abstract
本年度持續進行第二年基隆地區之魚類多樣性及時空變化與現今之沿岸海域群聚動態。目前2014年秋季迄今的調查,研究結果顯示,綜合了第一年度持續進行研究之共計5個亞潮帶樣站(S1:潮境公園;S2:大武崙;S3:外木山;S4:和平島;S5:海洋大學)。 目前已累積基隆地區內之魚種34科165種以上之海域魚種。整體個季節之亞潮帶魚類群集上,總魚種數在19~41種之間。本年度整體而言,S1潮境公園為魚類群集最為穩定之樣站,另外,本年度之樣站S2大武崙及S3外木山之魚類群集及總物種多樣性,均優於第一年度設定在基隆港以東的S4和平島及S5海洋大學的樣站。各測站均以夏季及秋季達到魚種群聚高峰值的特性,冬春季別,水溫降低後,魚種多樣性則明顯降低。在魚類物種多樣性上,發現了即將發表之-世界新種及二新紀錄底棲?虎魚種,為此區物種多樣性研究增添新頁。 整體資料庫之建置,正彙整了個計劃之研究資料,持續建構網頁上,可供查閱之資訊。生態復育上亦與海科館潮境工作站整合相關復育物種之規劃及畜養殖技術,作為流放之參考。 第三年計劃則規畫開始進行基隆嶼之樣站做調查,以期達成第一階段了解海洋物種多樣性及基礎生態變化之階段目標。 The project of 2nd year (2014-2015) focus on monitoring and survey for reed fish species diversity and communities and their seasonal change patterns in keelung. The current subtidal fish census by underwater SCUBA Diving was conducted from 5 different stations (S1 to S5). Totally there are at least 34 families 165 species number ranged form 19~41, the Richness index ranged from 2.52~6.56; and total individual account ranged from 229~793 fishes. In general speakings, the more stable species diversity and community found in S1, S2 and S3 rather than S4 and S5 which assigned in the first year. The overall marine biological and ecological data have been deposited and established in the webside data-set in progress. Some fish and coral conservation have been processed in NMMST. The research project also found the undescribed new taxa and 2 newly recorded species of marine gobies from Keelung regions. The 3rd year would focus on subtidal flora and fauna of the keelung island.
