僱用大陸漁船員以補充我漁船員之短缺，一直是業者之積極作為，惟其訓練、待遇、福利及保險等問題，甚至其素質對我方可能造成之直間接影響，亦是政府所持續關切之議題，本研究之目的，即是在探討此一課題，並將探討日韓與香港在此一方面之經驗與作法，結果將提供我國引進大陸漁船員施政之參考。 Fishing crew shortage occur presently in Taiwan and to supplement that a certain employment depend on the Chinese fishing crew, while the key points are the compromise of problems concern training、 salary、welfare and insurance. We also discuss the experience of Japan、 Korea and Hong Kong on this field, the results will help to introduce into Chinese fishing crew policy.
