Description

Abstract
海洋生質能源科技是剛開始發展的再生能源科技,海藻養殖可吸碳、產出生質柴油和乙醇、和提供塑膠未來料源,即將成為最重要的再生能源科技之一。 各國海洋生質能源科技發展的關鍵在於培育質精量足的產業科技研發人才,本研究即籌備在大學與研究所中之基礎與進階課程,並培育海藻養殖與吸碳能力評估以及海藻生質能源生產的專業技術人才。故針對海洋生質能源教育進行三年的系統性探討:  第一年:檢視國內外現有課程、藉由產學研各界問卷調查綜整,與各子計畫確認可互相支援的課程,訂定海洋生質能源學習者應具備的核心知能。  第二年:根據核心知能,開授具基礎性與進階性的三門課程,(1)低碳能源科技與海洋生質能源導論、(2)海洋生質能源:微藻生質柴油、與(3) 海洋生質能源:大型海藻生質乙醇,培育我國海洋生質能源科技人才。  第三年:針對海洋大學的海洋生質能源研發特色,開授二門實做專業課程,(1)海藻養殖與吸碳能力評估實習及(2) 大型海藻生質乙醇生產研發實習,培育海洋生質能源科技之實務人才。。 課程教材登錄計畫網站外,亦供其他大專院校參考,並持續課後問卷調查及蒐集學習者與產業界反應意見調整課程。教學經驗與課程研發歷程經由論文發表和報告討論,可讓本課程的研發經歷廣為周知。" "Ocean biomass energy technology is one of the new emerging renewable and low-carbon energy technologies. Micro- and Macro-algae could catch released CO2, produce biodiesel and bioethanol, and provide the future feedstock for plastic industry after the oil exhausted. The key point for future competition on the development of ocean biomass energy industry is the human resource of people with education on talent demand of ocean energy. This project is to study and develop basic and advanced lectures for this education purpose in three years. The first year: Collecting the existing courses and according to the investigation with the related professional personnel, acknowledging certain basic courses could be supported by the rest part of this group project, and the core knowledge of Professional Education Program of Ocean Biomass Energy Technology is decided after thoroughly group discussion. The second year: According to the core knowledge of the demand, three courses are going to set up for teaching. (1) Low-carbon energy technology and introduction on ocean biomass energy, (2) Ocean biomass energy: Microalgal biodiesel, and (3) Ocean biomass energy: Algal bioethanol. The target of these courses are to offering people have core knowledge of ocean biomass energy. The third year: To cope with the researches conducting on the campus of National Taiwan Ocean University related to ocean biomass energy, two practical MS level lab courses are prepared for students and industrial people to familiar the advanced research and lab work on this academic area. These two practical lab courses, (1) Algal culturing and the evaluation on carbon sequestrating efficiency and (2) The practice on macroalgal bioethanol production. will train manpower that could be used by related ocean energy industry immediately. The content of these developed courses will upload to the website of this group project and open to other universities, and the improvement by adjusting the content of each course depending on the feedback opinion collected from the after class questionnaire to people studied this program. And the developing experience also will be opened to public by journal papers and speech in conference.
