本研究將蒐集以花蓮及台東為基地作業漁船標本船之作業資料，並進一步分析台灣東部海域主要漁業之鮪旗魚類漁獲效益。此外，本研究也擬同時進行台灣東部海域鯨豚混獲情形的調查，並根據本研究之調查結果提出生態之影響管理建議。 This study will collect the fishery data from sample vessels that based in Hualian and Taitung and analyze the fishing efficiency of tuna and billfish in the eastern waters of Taiwan. In addition, this study will investigate the bycatch of dolphin in the eastern waters of Taiwan and propose the recommendation for ecological impact and fishery management.
