本研究將彙整台灣歷年大西洋與印度洋劍旗魚以及南方黑鮪之漁獲體型樣本資料，並以年齡與成長研究結果以年齡-體長相關進行年齡別漁獲量資料之估算。本研究也將進行台灣大西洋及印度洋延繩釣漁業之劍旗魚CPUE標準化分析，並進行大西洋劍旗魚資源評估分析。此外，本研究也將進行台灣延繩釣漁業之南方黑鮪CPUE標準化，並進一步分析年齡別CPUE之變動趨勢。 This study will aggregate historical length data of samples of swordfish in the Atlantic and Ocean and southern bluefin tuna. The catch-at-age of these species will be calculated based on the age-length key. This study will analyze the CPUE standardizations of swordfish in the Atlantic and Indian Ocean, and will conduct the stock assessment for swordfish in the Atlantic Indian Ocean. In addition, this study will standardize the CPUE of southern bluefin tuna caught by Taiwanese fishery and analyze the trend of age-specific CPUE.
