"台灣東部之黑潮海域為台灣沿近海最重要的漁場之一，無論是在漁業類別或漁獲物種皆 具有高度的多樣性，然而過去鮮少有研究關注於此海域不同漁業的利用程度對於不同漁業資 源物種間的影響與交互關係。生態系統漁業管理方法已是海洋漁業資源評估與管理之發展趨 勢，漁業影響對於生態系風險評估目前業已廣泛的應用於世界各海域之捕撈漁業。因此，本 研究擬採用生態系風險評估之方法針對台灣東部黑潮海域漁業資源進行全面性之評估，本研 究之成果可除了可以探究此海域漁業資源中必須加以關注之物種外，亦分析漁業利用對各物 種之影響程度，並可提供作為漁業資源管理的重要依據。此外，本研究亦將進一步配合相關 之水文環境因子資訊進行分析，以同時考量在漁業利用影響之外環境因子條件的改變與漁業 資源變動的相互關係。" "The Kuroshio waters around eastern Taiwan is one of the most fishing ground for Taiwanese coastal and offshore fisheries. The types of fisheries and species of catches are highly diverse in this area. In the past, however, few previous studies focused on the impact of fishing exploitation on the species of fisheries resource and their interactions. Stock assessment and management have been developed toward to the ecosystem-based fisheries management. Ecological risk assessment for effect of fishing has also been widely applied to marine capture fisheries in the world. Therefore, this study will apply ecological risk assessment approach to the fishery resources in the Kuroshio waters around eastern Taiwan. The results of this study may able to explore the species in this area that needed to be concerned, but also analyze the impact of fishing exploitation on the species. In addition, this study will take the interaction between the changes in environmental conditions and the variations in fishery resources into account by cooperating the information of environmental factors."
