Description

Abstract
草蝦、斑節蝦、紅尾蝦、沙蝦、龍蝦以及 蟳均為台灣重要之養殖海洋十足目,在一半靜 置式養殖系統之養殖過程中,鹽度受到天候影 響而發生變化,而氨為養殖池中最普遍的毒性 物質,池中氨之蓄積對養殖甲殼類造成極大的 威脅,本研究在研究海洋十腳目於不同鹽度及 氨下其排有機氮、胺基酸、尿素、尿酸、氨及 體內氮代謝之影響,研究蝦或蟳在不同鹽度及 氨環境下,血淋巴之電解質(鈉、鉀、鈣、鎂、 氯離子)、滲透壓、血淋巴氮之累積、外界氨 進入體內之途徑,血淋巴葡萄糖、血藍素、蛋 白質及胺基酸的變化,血淋巴及肝胰臟之麩胺 酸去氫�、精胺酸�、尿素�等活性,以電泳及高效液相層析儀分離血淋巴之血藍素,比較 在不同鹽度及氨濃度下之變化情形,檢視Hemocyte ,取鰓分析鰓之Total ATPase、Na,K-ATPase及Carbonic anhydrase活性,並做肝胰臟、鰓及觸角腺之光顯 及電顯觀察.
