Description

Abstract
本計劃之目的在建立快速篩選化妝品有效成分之方法。首先以醋酸水解水萃之龍鬚菜多醣,並以總醣及還原醣之變化來求出最適水解條件;之後進行龍鬚菜寡醣清除DPPH、超氧陰離子自由基及還原力效果的試驗;再測定龍鬚菜寡醣對於皮膚纖維母細胞的存活率與促進纖維母細胞生成膠原蛋白之能力。結果如下: 1. 以10%醋酸水解龍鬚菜多醣7小時後,其多醣平均聚合度已有顯著的下降,且溶液中可溶性醣也達最高濃度。 2. 清除超氧陰離子及清除DPPH自由基能力,在1%的濃度範圍內,隨龍鬚菜寡醣濃度增加而增加。而還原力試驗結果也顯示會隨龍鬚菜寡醣濃度增加而上升。 3. 添加濃度7.8μg/ml以上之龍鬚菜寡醣到培養基對人類皮膚纖維母細胞CCD-966SK有增生效果。The objectives of the research project are to explore the applications of the extracts of seaweeds around Taiwan as the cosmetics active ingredients and their feasibility. The objective of this fiscal year is to study the efficacy of the oligomers or low degree of polymerization mucilage extracts from Gracilaria lemaneformis as the active ingredient. This project includes 1. Ppreparations of the oligomers or low degree of polymerization mucilage extracts from Gracilaria lemaneformis ; 2. To establish the rapid screening methods as a whitening or an anti-aging ingredient to be used in cosmetics via determining the capacities of tyrosinase inhibition; the anti-oxidation and the promotion the fibroblast cells producing collagen.
