Abstract
便利商店的多元發展讓人們的生活產生深遠的影響,近年來台灣便利商店藉由其配送系 統結合自身的多媒體事務機發展出A便利商店寄件、B便利商店取件的店到店寄件物流 服務平台,提供人們一種全新的配送方式。店到店寄件物流平台不僅降低一般配送需求 的時空限制,同時也衝擊傳統的物流配送生態,因此,探討此類創新物流服務進入配送 市場後,瞭解有哪些因素會影響消費者的選擇行為因素與其擴散模式,不論對於物流產 業或便利商店業者而言,都是一個極重要且具挑戰性的課題。本研究為兩年期計畫,第 一年的研究主體是藉由建構個體選擇模型來探討影響消費者選擇店到店寄件服務的因 素,並發展巴斯擴散模型來說明店到店寄件服務在配送市場中的擴散型態。第二年的研 究計畫則是考慮到選擇行為本身的不連續變化現象,藉由建構蝴蝶劇變模型來探討選擇 店到店寄件物流服務行為的非線性特徵,並挑選會讓系統產生不連續變化的變數來修正 巴斯擴散模型,進一步分析在不同變數組合的情境下,店到店寄件物流服務的擴散型 態。計畫的研究成果期能深入理解影響消費者選擇創新物流服務的因素及其擴散方式, 並藉由本研究的理論模式所衍申出之管理意涵,提供相關業者營運規劃之參考依據。 With rapid development of convenience store, many aspects of human life are being more convenient, including the delivery service. Up to date, the convenience stores in Taiwan have integrated the delivery service with combine with their logistics system and multimedia Kiosk (MMK) to develop a new retail delivery model, “store-to-store delivery”, and have made remarkable success. The new delivery service not only reduces the constraints of time and space, but also far-reaching impact on the home delivery and post. To better understand the crucial factors of behavior intention in use of store-to-store delivery service, this study is intended to investigate what kinds of factors affect of using store-to-store delivery service on consumers' attitude towards delivery in logistics market. The research approach includes the bass diffusion model, logit model and butterfly catastrophe model. From the survey, we can explore what kind of factors can influence store-to-store delivery service choice behavior intention via discrete choice model and butterfly catastrophe model. Secondly, the Bass diffusion model was used to establish an evaluation model of the diffusion pattern. The results obtained in this study can be used to improve the store-to-store delivery service quality for convenience store and development more effective management strategies.
