Description

Abstract
本研究主要擬探討圓柱直立結構物於海洋開放環境下,其受到各方向波浪衝擊時之受力及其空 間、時間分佈等基本特性。再生能源開發為目前我國能源政策之方向,而離岸風電的開發更為目前再 生能源的主力之一。然而,離岸風機建置成功因素之一在於其基樁的穩定性。風機基樁受到不同自然 環境因子來影響其穩定性,如風吹、波浪打擊、潮流拖曳、底床淘刷等。因此,確保風機基樁的穩定 為一重要課題。另外,前人相關研究主要探討單方向波場下海中結構物之受力情形,其並無法完全描 述開放海域下的空間變化。因此,本研究主要探討圓柱直立結構物,如單樁(monopile),於方向波場 下,其受力之空間變化等基本特性。 本研究方法預計分為以平面水槽水工模型試驗以及數值模式計算。在平面水槽試驗方面,本研究 將利用本校海洋綜合實驗館內之方向不規則造波機進行試驗,以水工模型試驗方式擬探討一圓柱直立 結構物於方向波場下,其受力之情形、該力量之空間及時間分佈以及力矩等特性。另外,數值模式計 算方面,則擬以邊界元素法求解該三維問題,並與實驗結果相互比較驗證。本研究之成果期待能提供 未來相關工程設計施工,如風機基樁之設置等,相較於斷面水槽之二維結果,提供建設性的參考資訊。 A study of the ocean wave impacts on vertical cylinders in the directional irregular wave field is proposed here. The development of renewable energy is the current direction of our energy policy, and offshore wind energy is one of the main resources. However, the stability of piles determines the success of the installation and they are subjected to different natural loads, such as winds, waves, currents, and scouring, etc. Also, previous studies mainly focused on the wave impacts in the unidirectional wave field. Hence, among many factors, the study focuses mainly on wave impacts and their temporal and spatial distributions on the vertical cylinder structure, such as monopile, in the directional wave filed. This study is consisted of two parts, a hydraulic model test and a numerical simulation, and the results are to be compared and validated with each other. For the hydraulic model test part, the experiments are to be carried out in the basin of ocean engineering laboratory, National Taiwan Ocean University. A cylinder is to be set up in the middle of the basin and the wave impacts, their spatial and temporal distributions, and their torques, etc. in the directional wave field are to be measured. Moreover, numerical simulations based on the Boundary Element Method (BEM) are planned to be applied to solve this 3D problem, and the results are to be compared with the experimental results. The final results of this study are in the hope to provide constructive suggestions for the engineering design and construction of, for example, wind turbine foundations, in the future.
