Description

Abstract
淡水河河口海域為北台灣最大流域河口,為嚴重優養化之河口海域。汞對生物的毒性相當高,而浮游生物對甲機汞的累積能力極強,但國內至今對於淡水河河口海域汞元素的分布所知有限,有鑑於此,本計畫研究淡水河河口海域汞元素各物種的分布、轉換與倆相分布探討之地球化學變化研究,藉由分析淡水河河口海域水中溶解態、懸浮物及沉積物中之總汞與甲基汞之濃度分布與比例,以瞭解其對沉積物汞物種分佈影響 以了解淡水河河口海域汞的地球化學循環。此外本計畫亦將分析淡水河河口海域內之生物 如浮游生物、魚、貝類等等生物,分析生物肌肉組織中之總汞與甲基汞之濃度,以了解淡水河河口海域生物對汞元素之蓄積能力,與汞元素在環境中之轉換
