Description

Abstract
本計畫合作廠商合崧有限公司,對現有立體矩形微穿孔板的製作有獨特方法,但在某些頻率吸音效果較差,因此先規劃一田口實驗以矩形長、寬、高、間距、板厚及空腔厚度為控制因子,找出影響吸音效果的因子排列及最佳參數組合,以改良吸音效果。 將阻抗管模擬與實驗結果比對,並調整模擬時不同頻率的阻抗值,可得出不同頻率下微穿孔板的等效阻抗分布,可應用於微穿孔板使用的預測模擬,對立體矩形微穿孔板推廣有很大幫助。 根據隔音牆加頂邊裝置建立四個設計變數,分別為水泥牆高度、微穿孔板高度、微穿孔板角度及與音源之距離,使用聲學有限元素法模擬分析,並利用粒子群演算法進行最佳化設計,找出最佳化設計參數及最佳穿透損失。
