Description

Abstract
本研究計畫的目的為發展一套以類神經網路為基礎之電腦演算模擬,建立局部地區之即時淹水預警系統。研發完成之即時淹水預警系統可以加強各地區之淹水事件防災體系,提高社會安全與穩定性,並可強化與持續社會經濟活動,增加社會各方面對於淹水事件之調適能力與韌性。此外,本研究採用機器學習中的類神經網路,結合現場量測設備建立即時淹水預警系統,因此在人工智慧與機器學習的學術發展領域具有領先價值。此計畫發展的淹水預警系統結合水理計算模式、現場量測資料與機器學習演算法,在水資源工程領域具有高度學術研究價值與工程應用性。
