Abstract
黑潮屬全球重要環流之一,其重要性宛如墨西哥灣流對大西洋的重要般,主控著整個北太平洋的平衡,而臺灣就位在黑潮發源區的重要地理位置上,宏觀而言了解西北太平洋邊緣海域的能量傳遞與海流運動過程關乎著區域與全球氣候變化,區域性而言,能增加水上活動安全、協助救難、環境生態保育、漁業永續發展、甚至新能源開發。
