Description

Abstract

本規劃計畫預定四項重點：(1)推動航向藍海計畫：配合新海研一、二、三號研究船竣工，藉此計畫希望將我國洋研究帶向世界舞台；(2)研究船特色化;(3)加強國際合作；(4)加強與各級政府海洋單位合作。此將帶動我國海洋研究進入西北太平洋，走向國際舞台。
