Description

Abstract
根據過去的海難事故中,大約有89%~96%的海難事故是由人為因素所產生的,因此為了改善船舶在海上或進出港的航行安全與效率,發展一套船舶避碰風險評估模型是有其必要性的。本計畫研究重點在於利用一艘大型貨櫃船,以不同操船者進行基隆港及高雄港真時進港操船模擬,據以對操船安全及風險評估進行初步分析,並發展一套船舶避碰風險評估模型。本計畫亦應用已發展之船舶避碰E化輔助系統輔助不同操船者真時進港模擬,探討船舶避碰輔助系統與人工操航的差異。最後,本計畫整理所有操演結果,並針對進港時間、總航程及用舵角之均方根值進行統計分析,據以建立智慧型導航系統之操船專家資料庫核心技術。
