Description

Abstract
本研究分析颱風引致之暴潮偏差特性、探討台灣地區暴潮之物理特性、結合颱風氣旋與機器學習理論,克服過往未解之問題,將人工智慧暴潮預測推向下一個里程碑。本計畫主旨為提升海岸地區的防災準備、預警及應變工作,減少民眾生命財產的損失。相關成果預期能夠應用在實務操作上使現有研究更為完善。
