Description

Abstract
在本計畫通過執行下,完成利用影像式與斷層式光學干涉術於軟性石墨烯薄膜聚合物基板的彎曲剛度量測與分析研究,未來可將所累積之研究能量與技術轉移給國內軟性電子發展研究單位與廠商。因此藉由學術技術的開發成果,進一步提供台灣產業上的使用,來引領台灣軟性電子相關技術提升與升級,最終成為世界上技術的領先者。
