Description

Abstract
計畫目的在於建立觀賞米蝦SNP標記遺傳連鎖圖譜,以及顯色數量性狀基因座之定位,進而開發出新穎性且精準之分子標記,期能輔助觀賞米蝦之遺傳選拔與分子育種技術平台,建立更完善遺傳多樣性監測、族譜記錄、以及選種、育種及保種等系統性遺傳管理模式的功能性標記開發輔助選育連結整合應用,可避免觀賞米蝦種原近親問題,亦能提升傳統培育優質觀賞米蝦之選育效率並且達成種蝦之育種目標。對社會、經濟、學術發展等面向的預期影響包括:(1)研發成果技術除申請專利外,亦可技轉給國內外觀賞水族種苗繁殖相關廠商,促進國內相關產業技術升級,開創與東南亞國家更多的平台技術之交流機會。(2)研究成果將發表至國際上重要影響力期刊。
